Paul Jagosh
Founder & Principal Lobbyist
Paul Jagosh is a seasoned government affairs professional and registered lobbyist with more than 25 years of experience in public policy, law enforcement, and nonprofit leadership. As founder of Idaho Public Policy LLC, Paul represents clients across Idaho’s legislative and regulatory landscape. He graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a degree in Political Science.
Paul has successfully advanced major legislative initiatives, earning a reputation for integrity, strategy, and results at the Idaho Statehouse. His lobbying experience extends beyond Idaho, having represented clients and legislative interests in multiple western states including Washington, Arizona, and Hawaii.
He served on the Boise Police & Fire Health Trust, providing fiduciary oversight for a $36 million health benefits portfolio—experience that underscores his deep understanding of financial governance, insurance, and compliance.
Paul was appointed by Governor Otter and re appointed by Governor Little to serve as a commissioner for the Idaho Human Rights Commission.
Paul served over two decades in law enforcement, including 12 years on a SWAT team and 8 years as a Violent Crimes Detective, where he led major homicide and cold-case investigations. He has been a guest lecturer at Boise State University and Northwest Nazarene University, sharing his investigative and leadership expertise with future professionals.
Based in Boise, Paul maintains a daily presence at the Capitol during session and represents clients with professionalism, credibility, and a strong commitment to Idaho values.
